Males believe that snoring is only a night sleeping occurrence. Some of the major questions that are asked are about men and their snoring and why do we snore, is snoring normal and not a health issues or is snoring a more serious condition than what we think, is snoring a condition or is it a disease, is snoring hereditary or is snoring as common natural. Could it be that snoring is caused by laughing at the dinner table while eating a bountiful of carbohydrates and sweets.
WHAT IS SNORING?

may still be other reasons why snoring starts at night. Males might
even think snoring is a unimportant issue to even talk about. Snoring is

that causes the sound and produces the snoring effect.

and colds are respiratory illnesses that can also be counted as a basic
cause for a person to snore. Medications can also be one of the causes
of snoring. Men also have a much narrower air pathways than women which
causes males to be more prone to snoring. The male gender hormones tend
to be more active and restless than the female's estrogen hormones.
CONTROLLED AND UNCONTROLLED FACTORS OF SNORING
Snoring
has been studied and is believed that the foods we eat have something
to do with the snoring as well thus means that we should always take
precautions when considering what to eat and what not to eat in our
daily and normal lives.
WHAT FOODS CAUSES US TO SNORE?
Remember
only you can control what you put inside your body so try to avoid
those foods that can trigger snoring. Another eating related tip is do
your best not to over eat especially at dinner time. Eating fatty and
oily foods too much will certainly increase the chances of more fatty
deposits within you body and this is not good for anyone. Fatty foods
are quite self explanatory when it comes to snoring.
TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT AND EATING HABITS TO AVOID SNORING
Cut
your food into tiny pieces before eating them to avoid snoring. Eating
slowly can help you lessen your food intake. By using smaller bowls and
plates, you will eat less than what you normally would consume in one
meal time. Eating consciously should be a daily priority of yours and
besides that, it is for your own good and can prevent your from snoring
in the future.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SNORING SEVERELY?
By
elevating the upper part of your body, it will help your air pathways to
open and to let the air pass through with no restrictions. If you
snoring is very loud especially, when it come to the point when your
partner awakens in the middle of their sleep because you are snoring so
loudly then there is a good chance that you have severe snoring. When
people snore too much this is considered to be a form of severe snoring.
When trying to stop your snoring, clear out your nasal passages will
help as well.
